The majority of energy consultants would like more help from the suppliers, according to research Npower.
A total of 79 per cent of consultants would like a better understanding of energy policy and regulation, while 78 per cent said they wanted increased support from the energy suppliers to help them offer a more bespoke service.
Npower’s Consultant Insight Report revealed 40 per cent of third party intermediaries (TPIs) admitted to finding it difficult to keep track of changes in energy legislation, while 13 per cent said they were unsure about what advice they should give to the customers on energy legislation.
